Project: Bellavista Residential
Bellavista Residencial is located on Monte Pego, in Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The resort consists of self-catering apartments, a restaurant and bar, swimming pools and leisure facilities. High on a hill and overlooking a nature reserve, the resort is well located for guests looking to enjoy either the beaches at Oliva, Denia and Benidorm or hiking, cycling or birdwatching in the surrounding hills.
As a direct result of the masterplanning exercise we redesigned and refurbished two apartments, the objective being to use these two as pilots to test guests’ response to the new brand positioning before a roll-out of the design aesthetic in a series of phases, beginning with the existing apartment buildings.
We were commissioned by Hira House to undertake a review of the Bellavista Residential brand, in order to reposition the resort and attract a wider variety of guests. This review encompassed a review of the brand platform, a renaming exercise, and a full exploration of the overall concept for the resort, looking at different themes based on trends in the hospitality world. This exploration subsequently led to a new masterplan for the resort based on existing and new apartment stock, facilities and amenities.
