Client: Institutional Protection
Project: Rebranding, Sales & Marketing Collateral
Institutional Protection (IP) is a global class and group investor action specialist, providing services exclusively for institutional investors. Based in London, it monitors shareholder actions and financial antitrust cases around the world and provides clients with recovery and advisory services to help them navigate and manage the risk of participation in investor actions. Its primary purpose is to maximise its clients’ recovery of their losses relating to corporate or adviser non-disclosure, misrepresentation, fraud or mis-selling.
IP’s new identity and marketing collateral is bold and distinctive, with an emphasis on differentiated branding, clear messaging, modern typography, simple line graphics and a distinguishing colour palette. All of its marketing collateral - website, corporate presentation, documentation, etc. - has been revised to communicate the company’s extensive expertise and experience, and to help clients and prospects navigate the class action landscape.
Previous identity
Having undertaken a review of its brand, visual identity and marketing communications (in particular its website), IP briefed us to refresh these elements. Our brief was two-fold. First, to project IP’s authority and expertise in the investor action arena and to differentiate it - in line with its very different approach in the industry. Secondly, given the complexity of the investor action landscape, with different types of class actions and different legal jurisdictions, we were tasked with making the complexity easier to understand, and present IP’s solutions in an engaging and relevant manner.
